Pours a dark brown colour with little ruby highlights. The head is huge, light-brown, long-lasting and creamy-foamy. Aromas of cocoa and vanilla notes over the roasted malts. The toasted malt is all over the taste with some decent dark fruits, molasses and some bitterness from the hops in the finish. The alcohol is well-hidden. This is not bad at all.

750ml bottle. Pours a huge foamy brownish head and has a dark brown appearance. Thick lacing. Aromas of chocolate, roasted malts and earthy hops. Flavours of cocoa nibs, light roasted malts, hints of chocolate and toffee. Silky and oily sensation on the palate. Fairly smooth mouthfeel. A little bit of bitterness as well. Not too bad overall.
