Pours a dark brown colour, almost black with a beige creamy head, stays long and nice lacing. Grainy, coffee and roasted malts aromas. Very mild roasted malt taste and not really feeling the pumpkin part of it, nor the spices usually found in these brews. Hints of dark fruits, coffee and chocolate. A little burnt malt lingers, but all around, just a wet, easy drinking porter.

On draught at The Monk's Kettle. Tasty porter with a not too strong pumpkin spice aroma and flavour. This is a good thing as I think many of these pumpkin beers are way over the top. Roasted malt backbone with licorice and dark fruits. Medium very smooth mouthfeel. Draught looks a treat, bottle not as appealing.
