Pours coffee sable with a thick, thick tan head. Aroma presents chocolate, roast malt, pepper, coffee and earthy notes. Even more satisfying flavor delivers coffee, chocolate, roast malt, cocoa, earthy and subtle molasses tones, though the pepper disappears. Firm, viscous body features good fizz and leaves an earthy roast malt and mocha finish. Grab your cowboy had and chaps, and get your Western on!

Perhaps a touch less decadent than I'd hoped, but pretty damn good. A little green coffee, lots of roasted malt and chocolate. Bittersweet finish with a little alcohol showing. Very good, not quite great.
