This medium-bodied golden ale is brewed with local wildflower honey. Tasting Notes: Full-flavored beer. Rich. Robust. Bittersweet beginning. Quickly mellows, leaving the palate with a subtle hint of honey. Hive pairs well with cedar-plank salmon, and, if you have a sweet tooth, baklava. maaaaybe a touch past it's prime. Floral aroma, kinda mellow, slight cardboard. Honey is there but in a background sort a way, and there's not a lot else to grab your attention. Spring seasonal?

A golden-amber in color with a small, three fingered light beige-whitish head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. It settles eventually into a thick ringlet and splotches of film. The nose of bready, grassiness. The same with a more dominance of honey appear on the palate. Well blended, light, effervescent.
