A hop head’s dream, this classic West Coast-style IIPA is sure to please. Menacing herbal bitterness cuts across the palate from Columbus and Summit hops, with a sturdy malt backbone from Crisp Maris Otter and Weyermann Melanoiden malts…an attempt to try to balance the insane amount of hops used in this batch. Mild floral and citrusy hop flavor carries through the finish on this hop bomb. Enticing aromas of citrus, pine, tropical fruits, and earthy/herbal notes pull you in for another taste thanks to the heavy-handed use of Citra, Simcoe, and Columbus hops. Drinks like an IPA, wrecks your palate like an Imperial IPA should…ENJOY!

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

Pours a hazy golden, barely translucent, with a thick and fine gold-buff head. Aroma is hoppy and then some, with an undertone of citrus fruit. Seriously hoppy flavor is more woody then resiny, fairly bitter, with an underpinning of Mandarin orange. Firm texture is lively and leaves a hoppy tingle. Let this one hop to your noggin (but please call a cab or use MARTA if you get too "hopped up"!)
