It’s Not Always Sunny in LA and our IPAs aren’t always light in color. This intensely aromatic and roasty dark IPA has been aggressively dosed with Cascade and Simcoe hops late in the kettle, then heavily dry hopped with even more Simcoe in the fermenter.

Fairly prototypical black IPA. Hops are bitter, mainly smelling and tasting of orange peel. Malts are carmel and chocolate, light roast. Well balanced brew.
