White Hatter flavorfully blends the soft malt, fruity esters and delicate spicing of a Belgian White with hoppy citrus notes of an IPA. Pleasant hints of tropical fruit are framed with orange peel, chamomile, coriander and grains of paradise. Pairings: fish, grilled chicken, hard cheeses.

Pours a nice clear solar yellow with a fairly thick eggshell head. Malty and fruity aroma is not strong but invites a taste. Malty flavor is surprisingly hoppy, not bitter at all, subtly fruity, a woody hint. Smooth flavor has average thickness, though a decent and persistent fizz. Finish is fruity and hoppy, rather subtle. Get your white had on and enjoy one.

Hop citrus leading to floral spices, lemon, coriander, banana, and pepper. Very delicate profile. Cloudy orange-copper body, thin filmy head and good lacing. Firm bitterness, balanced and soft. Hoppy, fruity, and spicy all rolled together into one well executed beer.
