On tap @ Cascade Barrel House. Big black brown pour, heavy and near thick, tight tan head, nice lacing. Huge toasted malt aroma and flavor at first, nice bourbon presence, oaken and straight up light vanilla, dark chocolates, more toasted malts, bad ass black strap molasses, goodness. Just a BadAss Big beer.

Beer 4k. Hands down, best beer of NW invasion 2013! Apparently there are different variations, but the mix of rye whiskey and bourbon vanilla beans caught my eye here. Don't know what to say - aroma of milk and dark chocolate, vanilla, whiskey bourbon, malted chocolate ball flavor. So rich and decadent, yet so stinking smooth., went backfor 2nds and 3rds as we may not see this one again. Nearly perfectly achieved what they were going for.
