This light bodied American lager is affectionately named for an original PBC brew by Paul Esselborn, president of the Ohio Brewer's Assoc. in the early 1900's. Pairing domestic 2-row malt & flaked maize with Hallertaur & Perle hops, this refreshing summer brew reflects the goodness of the sun straight from the grain to your glass!

pours a nice light clear golden color with small white head that leaves some lacing. the aroma consists of malt and hops, very light. The taste is super for a light beer, nice to fine some craft light beers, usual lager taste, hard to tell this is light beer. The mouthfeel is light bodied with ample carbonation, very drinkable clean and refreshing. Job well done!
