We've Americanized the classic English bitter. Citrusy and spicy hops from the Pacific Northwest are supported by toasty malt and a clean American ale yeast. Served on nitrogen. (S.O.B. = “Special Ordinary Bitter”)

Damn, Dave. You da man! A growler hand-delivered from my folks from T-town. ESB, yessiree. Clean, mellow, bitterness mid-palate, evens itself out slowly. Some mild toffee hints, bit of floral notes. Shit this was tasty.

Very classic ESB, and well done. Super clear, huge foamy white head to a red/gold hues beer. Flavor is a bit light, but good clean beer flavor. Nice beer to sit and have a few, really enjoyed this.

What makes this brew amazing is its creamy head that lasts for 20 minuts or more. The warmer temped last few swigs had a real thirst quenching freshness. If there was a citrusiness I couldnt detect it, but the cask version that was dry hopped with cascade hops did have it and given the taste of both I would go for the latter. Still this is the only beer I know that you could get a milk mustache from...
