when our friend said he was bringing back a growler of pinot jubel, we all thought he meant some leftover Jubel 2010, but it was obvious on the pour and first sip that this was regular old jubelale, in all it's malty glory, with some wood and wine thrown in for good measure. the base beer still comes through well, but there's an added fruitiness in both flavor and aroma that is really nice. slightly sweeter, and suoer smooth. I'd love to try this again.
