Brought down by my compadre Brando for my birthday celebration. After the Smokey The Beer brew from Titletown, I was a little hesitant about this one. Bratwurst. Smokey the beer was just too much. This on the other hand is absolutely fantastic. Pours a clear reddish colour. First whiff and you smell nothing but sweet spices. No avoiding that. Taste is delicate, creamy, mellow but incredibly flavorful. Not overdoing it one bit. Really unique brew. Only in Wisc!
