Yeasty and grassy assault on the nose. Semi sweet and just a touch bitter on the palte with a lightly dry finish. Enjoyed, but I prefer the herbed up Tradewinds.

ya, right .. . Pours a deep yellow gold .. quite awesome head, good lacing too .. . sap, hay, honey, and braeburn .. . light mouth .. . light finish .. . pretty nice but average .. . I would never let Ted Kennedy drive you to Chappaquiddick, Pam Minick!

The more I try with The Bruery, the more I enjoy the beers they make. I wish their distribution was a little bit better, but when I can find their beers...I'll buy 'em. The aroma on this beer was grapefruits, yeast rolls, a little alcohol, and light straw. Flavor was centered around the hops, so it was more of a Belgian IPA I thought. Some honey/apple sweetness shows up, light oak/earthyness (mustyness?) and more hops. Really nice.
