We brewed this unique golden ale with fresh-off-the-vine "wet" hops grown by the Green Bay Rackers Homebrew Club, the Green Bay Botanical Garden, Kurt’s hop garden near our brewery, and other local growers. Crisp, clean, and eminently drinkable.

what makes this unique is how its made. Everyone around the area who grows hops brings some on this one particular day, including the Green Bay Botanical Garden. It comes out with a creamy texture and also flashes of different kinds of hops, mainly citrus, but sometimes pine, sometimes something else. overall, very good.

So much different then the Racker's ales in the past. This one really sticks out. Bright orangeish golden colour. Aroam is immediately of bright citrusy hops. Flavours are astounding. Taste is fruitforward and citrusy. Clean, herbalicious and very fine!
