For our 1000th batch, we brewed a bigger, stronger version of Johnny "Blood" Red, fermented it with Belgian yeast, and aged it three months for smoothness. Rich, sweet malt meets yeast-derived fruit-and-spice notes, creamy full body, and warming alcohol in this unfiltered red ale.

Just had this on Friday at Titletown. Blew my mind and my taste buds. For the 1000th batch, Dave, Dave and Bill couldn't have produced a better bier. Pours a bright but deep reddish, copper colour. HEad is off white, fairly large. Taste is rich, chewy, spicey and incredibly robust. Aroma really shines in this beer. Nose is fresh, fruitforward with delicate but noticeable hops. Perfect taste all around. Nice job fellas!
