Bottled@Chriso Gaylord Tasting. Golden colour with particles floating around, not much head. Aroma is hop flowers, some herbs, grass and yeast. Flavour is hoppy, grassy and slightly fruity and sprucy. Rather dry palate.

Sampled on 7/2/2010. This saison pours a slightly opaque medium copper gold color from a 750ml bottle. Large sized white foamy head with nice lacing and good retention. Aroma is floral and spicy and somewhat fruity and sweet. A medium to full bodied saison. The malts are fruity and semi sweet, peaches and apricots. The hops are herbal and earthy. A lot fuller tasting than most saisons, it also has a more distinct herbal character. Must be the hop flowers. Nice carbonation. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

An excellent saison in my opinion. Tons of earthiness. A Hazy pour, golden orange in colour, with a fairly large off-white head. Musky earthy aroma reminiscent of swamp water with hints of yeast and spices. Flavour is drinkable and refreshing with a nice mix of hops and grassy malt. An excellent beer.

Can I shoot? ..Shoot? I'm a hippie. The only thing I've shot is acid. I heard of a dude snorted it once. Thought his nose was a kangaroo and the moon was a dog! WOOH! .. a very nice saison, but nothing truly spectacular: mild, refined, a good example and very balanced .. flowers, yeast, some light sweetness to go with the mild bitterness .. i bet on tap would be ragingly enjoyable... . Don't look! Quick! Think of a yellow, rubber duck!
