Pours a clear brownish amber bordering on chestnut with a thick and mostly fine-bubbled pale buff head. Aroma has a malty base and strong coriander and honey overtones, plus a nice ginger note. Flavor floods the palate with malt, honey, ginger, coriander (or something like it) and earthy tones. Satisfying and lip-smacking! Texture is firm and smooth, and though not fizzy it leaves a flavorful finish with malty, honey and ginger notes that remain long after the beer has gone downstairs.

A very pretty looking beer, like a nice barleywine. A lively fruit and spice nose, apricots, and maybe a little clove? Honey is noticeable in the flavor, some more apricot and spice. Ginger on the back end and throughout the finish. Another nice one in the high grav line up.

And another kinger beer for the Hootenanny: this one pours clear copper amber with little head and little lacing. Aroma is yeasty and sweet upfront, only a hint of the honey and ginger in the nose, more Belgianesque. Tastes of lightly sweet malts, Belgian yeasts, ripe fruits - typical Tripel - then a slight hint of honey and very slight bite of spicy ginger, very very subtle. Very nice indeed. Thanks kinger.

Honey and a splash of ginger make this a very approachable Tripel. Good base beer with the familiar yeast, spice and pale malt push coupled with sweet honey and mild ginger. Everything was spot on, but I did get a slight metallic tinge in the aftertaste from time to time which threw me off a bit.

Not bad!! Had this on tap at the Local Tavern (or whatever it's called now) at the GTMW pre-party. Pretty nice bier. Lots of flavour, very wheaty and not too much oney which is just fine in my opinion. Floral, fresh, tropical and very delightful. I hope to see this in bottles soon!

Pours a copper color with a thin white head, decent lacing. The draw here clearly is that it is flavored with honey and ginger. I can confirm this, as it tastes like honey and ginger. There a bit of beer flavor in there, too.
