It's nothing against Titletown. Their beers are fantastic... I do believe this is the first "Black IPA" I tried in my life. Just doesn't match up to its style, and it's probalby just me, but for the most part a hybrid stout/pale ale experience. Heavily roasted and hard to sneak in the proper amount of hops. Hats of to David on experimenting and doing incredibly well with this recipe!
