We brewed this amber English-style pale ale from 100% Maris Otter barley from the UK. The malt contributes nutty, bready, and caramel flavors, while the hops and yeast add distinctive floral and fruity character. Brewed especially for the 30th Annual Titletown Trade-a-Thon put on by the local chapter of the Brewery Collectables Club of America.

On tap in Green Bay: Pours a clear orange with a small white top. Aroma is hoppy initially, but upon further review, it is decieving. Taste is a little sweet and I'm not sure why but it's a little unbalanced. A nice beer but needed a bit more hops.
