Light, crisp, refreshing UFO White follows in the tradition of spiced wheat beers that have been brewed in Belgium for well over 300 years. Brewed with orange peel and a unique blend of spices, UFO White is the perfect choice for a summer’s barbecue, a night out with friends or any time you¹re thirsting for something a little different. Like UFO Hefeweizen and UFO Raspberry Hefeweizen, we leave UFO White UnFiltered for a more natural taste and appearance.

Pours hazy but translucent topaz with a thick and frothy, if not persistent, eggshell head. Aroma offers tropical fruit, especially banana, along with a little fresh malt and citrus. Pleasing flavor delivers banana, fresh malt, tropical, and subtle citrus and hoppy tones for a well-rounded wit. Didn't get much wheat character, though. Mouthfeel features good body and lively fizz. White on.

On tap at Barley's, Knoxville. Hazy light straw color, nice head and hang time. Wet wheaty aroma flavor and nose, a bit weak on the spices, still decently refreshing, just weak and thin. Hint of citrus/ orange peel, bit of coriander, requisite "Wit" qualities, just not a great one.

Opaque light yellow with no foam at all. Aroma is mainle wheat. Taste is not the best white I drank. No aftertaste at all, don’t like this beer. (Velp 201306)

Pours a cloudy gold with a fizzy, quickly dissipating white head that leaves virtually no lacing. The aroma is heavy on the orange peel and coriander, with aromas of wheat, minerals, and cream lingering in the background. It tastes as expected, with notes of orange peel and coriander in the foreground and notes of cream, wheat, vanilla, and minerals in the background. The finish is sweet and spicy with notes of wheat, cream, coriander, and orange peel underscored with a faint trace of clove. It has a very light dry body. Carbonation is firm. Very refreshing on a hot day.

One of the most thirst quenching American wit's I can recall. A cloudy yellow pour with a snow white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus, and spices. Flavour is a full on assault of refreshment with the malt and citrus enjoying a party in your mouth!

Nice hazy, cloudy gold color with a light white head that stay around but does not do much in the way of aroma or flavor, the flavor is citrus and clean but not much else, it is not a bad beer just nothing special.

A cloudy golden colored beer with a big frothy textured white head rising above. Settles all too quickly, though, leaving no lacing. That is a disappointment. The nose is wheat and orange sweetness. The flavors are the same, just a little more intensely so. The body is light, well carbonated and crisp. Really a pretty good representation of a Witbier.
