I combined citrusy American hops with premium English malt and a Belgian yeast to add fruit and spice notes. Then, to make it even more interesting, I shut off the refrigeration system during fermentation, letting the yeast "run wild". The result is a crazily complex beer with malt, hops, and yeasty phenolics playing off each other the whole time. Plus, the yeast were so excited they made a little extra alcohol, so this weighs in around 6.7%/volume.

A pint of this and you'll be feeling just fine. Pours a cloudy orange colour with a large creamy white top. Noticeable sweet maltiness but balanced all the way through. Soft citrus hop notes, carmel and some cherry like flavour. aroma was pleasent, semi yeasty, wheat and grassy notes.
