Pours out a EXTREMLY cloudy unfiltered brown with a long lasting foamy head. The aroma shows that there is a high ABV waiting but the yeast and fruit cover it up pretty well. The mouthfeel is perfect EXTREMLY thick. The taste is very complex full of malt, yeast and spices. This a excellent ale, I must buy moor.

330 ml bottle, a gift from gunnar, many thanks! ABV is 10.0%. Very cloudy brown colour, big off-white head. Strong sweetish aroma of Belgian ale yeast and a complex symphony of spices, also notes of honey and dark dried fruits. The flavour is fairly sweet with notes of spices, brown kandij sugar, caramel and oak. Good stuff!

Bottle: Poured a murky beige color ale with a quite large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fruity ester with some spicy yeast and deep rich Belgian style malt. Taste is also a complex mix between some deep rich Belgian malt with notes of spicy yeast and fruity ester. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation with very light alcohol perceptible. Very well done thought abuit too heavy fior my taste and I think I prefer the original over this – oak was kind of subtle.

Bottled. Hazy deep orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and also has some spices and yeast with wooden hints. Flavour is fruits, spices, wood and quite strong alcoholic notes. When the yeast is poured in, some of the alcohol notes go more mellow.
