Looks like I'm the first to review this one. I couldn't find much on it on the Corsendonk website, so my apologies about not having any extra info to add. I was fortunate to find this one on draught down at RFD in Washington, DC last night. At $8.00 a whack, I expected it to be damn good.

The beer was delivered in a goblet and looked pretty good. It was a cloudy yellow color and had a very weak head. The aroma was bursting over with an apple pie smell....a nice mixture of apples and light cinnamon.

The beer drinks very smooth due to the light carbonation. Keep in mind this is different than a cider....it's a Belgian wit with apple flavor. The taste was very much like the Floris Apple beer, except it wasn't as sweet and this one had a somewhat tart taste on the ending.

Overall it's a pretty good beer if you are into the sweet, fruity beers. Although it's still sweet to the point where you could only have one before you get an upset stomach.
