This English-style ‘Ordinary Bitter’ is gold-copper colored with medium bitterness, light body, and low residual malt sweetness. English hop flavor and aroma character is evident with traditionally mild carbonation. Fruity-esters and very low diacetyl (butterscotch) characters are acceptable in aroma and flavor, but are minimized in this form of bitter.
