Tasted on tap at the 2007 Bistro Wet Hop IPA Festival. This IPA pours a light orange gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is floral and earthy. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are floral and earthy. A medium bitterness IPA with a touch of dryness. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
