The sample I got popped and fizzed like a champagne bottle in the locker room of the team that just won the World Series, so open with care and have a big, thirsty towel ready! It pours a clear, dark cinnamon-brown with a very thick, though not persistent, light tan head. Strong aroma is mainly fruity and yeasty with subtle hints of malt and butterscotch. Flavor has a fruity core, more like a cider, with notes of yeast and malt and a hint of caramel. Texture has about average body and a fair amount of fizz. Overall, not too shabby.

This beer is definitely divine. It pours a hazy amber colour with a thin head. Aroma is funky with earth tones, some caramel, and fruit. Flavour is definitely funky, although there is a lot of sweetness mixed in. A very good beer.

This one popped it’s cork when I undid the support strapping. That should speak volumes on what to expect. A murky-dirty reddish colored beer with a huge frothy white head that rises above and stays around a good deal of awhile. Settles eventually into some film and a light soapy ringlet. This one gets tops on appearance. The carbonation levels leave an effervescence on the palate, like a champagne or lambic. A moderate bodied, creamy beer. The aromas are vinegar and fruit. The tastes match that with the sourness of yeast thrown in. Really, quite good.

Cork self-extracted after removing wiring but didn't lose much. Huge head in an orange amber pour with tons of carbonation and little lacing. Ripe fruit aroma with yeast and candy sugar. Taste is not too sweet though with a nice fruitiness, yeastiness, and good bite in the end. Big nice Florida beer.

Bottled@Chriso Gaylord Tasting. Deep orangeish brown colour with mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wheat, some slight sour/tart wooden notes as well. Flavour is quite much the same in a rather earthy and dry notes. Mild alcohol as well.

Holy crap! Exploding cork. All I did was start to unwind the cage without ever touching the cork and bam. I lost a little more than half the bottle to the counter and floor. Quickly (well, not quick enough I guess) poured into a glass with a gushing head. Murky brown color, some floaties, huge head that finally is controlled after my half bottle donation. Aroma definitely consists of spices, not sure what though, cinnamon perhaps but other stuff too. Notes of dark fruit, apple cider, grapes and that basement smell. Nice aroma. Drinks light for 8%. Dry, spicy and funky. Yeast, apple and grape flavors. Overall musty with a touch of sour twang in the finish. Perhaps that’s where the alcohol shows. I’m annoyed at losing as much beer as I did so I’m going to hesitate to get this again and that’s too bad because the beer itself is pretty good. Cork said 2009 btw, after searching the other room for it. I should ding the rating more but I won’t.

A really fantastic brew courtes of John: From the bottle, it poured a cloudy reddish-orange colour with a big frothy of white head. Well carbonated, the crisp acidity played a little dance on my tongue (reminded me of Bell's Sparkling Ale). Bright fruity notes on the nose- apple and pear. With a hint of brown sugar on the palate.

This exceptional Florida beer courtesy of changeup45, enjoyed in the company of Phishpond417, BeerHunter and then Beer Babe. Light amber in color, hazy with light carbonation. The faint off-white head quickly dissipated. Medium-bodied and spritzy with faint aromas of light fruit, sweetish malt and alcohol. The flavors were that of a fresh fruit cocktail in lightly-candied malt syrup, laced with peppery spice. A long and smooth finish.

Thank you to PFOXYJOHN for sharing this tasty brew. Poured a slightly cloudy amber color wit a frothy head that quickly disappated. The aroma was mild with some malty notes. The flavor was generally balanced, but showed some fruity/sour ntoes. The flavor profile was very reminiscent of a Biere de Garde.
