Bottle: Poured a light amber color ale with a huge foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of floral hops is very intense with a nice light caramel malt base. Taste is a mix between some floral notes from the hops with a medium bitter finish and all of this is well sustained by nice light caramel malt base. Definitely an interesting take on US style of beer from an European brewer.

(Thanks Bov!) Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is slight conifer woods, juniper, yeast, sourness, hops and caramel malts. Flavour is spices, hops and some slight notes of alcohol. Aftertaste is mainly dry hops. Very wellbalanced and spicy.
