Above average as far as macro swill is concerned, as it is less offensive than many...but that's about it. Generic sweet malt taste, corn-like aroma. Little hops to go around.

Pours a typical clear straw-yellow, but it does have a fairly thick white head that hangs around for a bit. Aroma is not strong but malty. Flavor is fairly malty and has a decent yeasty undertone. Texture is fizzy and lively, this brew’s strongest point. Average overall, but drinkable.

Had dockside at Roatan Bay. Overpriced at four bucks a pop, but better from this guy than some hole in the grubby village up the road from the dock. Average pale lager at best, but streets ahead of the same brewer's evil Port Royal sampled earlier today. Drinkable if served cold. Grassy aroma, light straw colour, small white head. Mouthfeel okay for what it is, taste not revolting, i.e., not inundated with corn.

Yellowish golden colour with small white head. Aroma is skunked, slightly rotten apples and paper. Flavour is malts, apples, grass and sweetness. Quite standard tropical lager...
