Our continental lager has a deep golden hue, a giant rocky white head with a malty sweet nose. The first taste is sweet but leads quickly to a dry hoppy bitter finish. In the german style, Mill Street Pilsner finishes dry and is an excellent accompaniment to food or an excellent thirst quencher on its own.

First pint from a new keg (they had to change keg, so had to wait haha)Golden appearance. Barely any head. Good lacing. Aromas are escaping me at the moment, would say the hops are there, some grains. Some malts in flavour with weak spices, hints of cinnamon. Slight watery mouthfeel. Not much aftertaste. Pretty good on a hot day.

This beer was a nice surprise in a mix 6 I got at the LCBO seeing as Mill Street doesn't normally bottle it's Pils. This one had a very nice grassy aroma which followed a very interesting cloudy gold colour. The body was the big let down of this one as it was kinda cloying but not overtly so. What I found odd about this one was drank straight out of the bottle it was dry grassy Pils like subtler Steam Whistle yet when i sampled the 2nd one out of the glass it become sweeter and less dry

Got this one at the LCBO in a 6-different Mill Street brew pack. Says 5.2% ABV on the front label. Come in a brown bottle that is not a twist-off. Pours a golden colour with a copper hue. The head is off-white, creamy-foamy, with good retention and beautiful lacing. Slow mid-sized bubble carbonation. The scent is a mix of bread malt and the typical pilsner aroma. Nice refreshing mouthfeel that is crisp. The taste has a hoppy start which does not stay long, but a caramel aftertaste gets everything smooth. Well-balanced overall, and maybe not a Euro Pils, but a great beer that I would by in 12-pack if The Beer Store would carry it (for a summer brew).

Got this bottle in a Mill Street mixer, 355ml, 5.2%. Pours a clear gold/copper with a small off white head that disappears quickly. Smells fresh with some malt upfront and hops in the background. Taste is a sweet malt start with a nice bitter hop follow. Somewhat plain but decent for the style. thin to medium mouthfeel with medium carbonation. clean and refreshing, a good pilsner.

On tap at Brewpub: Golden color. tight cap laces well....grainy light floral aroma. Nice whak of malt in the front but the balance wasn’t there from the Saaz..light clean finish. Tasty, malty-fresh, smooth and drinkable but not on target for the style.

Came in an undersized bottle, and with it came undersized flavour and aroma. The beer is golden yellow in colour with a white head. The aroma was slightly hoppy, although not florally hoppy. The flavour was also slightly bitter, but nothing impressive.
