(On cask at the PP Real Ale Fest 2006) This brew pours with a black body topped by a medium thick, brown head with a little lacing left on the glass. The aroma is sweet and malty with nice vanilla and chocolate notes and a hint of coffee. The flavor is full of Bourbon notes with hints of vanilla and nice malty chocolate undertones. Full bodied and warming.
