Pours hazy honey, barely any head. Aroma offers sharply tart pomme fruit. Flavor features tart fruit and a hint of woody hops. Mouthfeel presents decent body, OK fizz and a tart finish. Oude to joy.

On tap at 3 Fonteinen. Orange yellow with no foam. Aroma and taste are sour, green apples like. Needs getting used to, tastes like the beer my grandmother served in her pub 50 years ago. (Beersel 201404)

Cloudy golden orange appearance with a rich frothy white head. Strong but smooth and elegant aroma of lemon, wood, soap, stable and grapefruit. Soft but very tasty and complex flavour of lemon and grapefruit. Slightly woody and sour finish but it is slightly overshadowed by the soft, juicy fruity body. Creamy mouthfeel with a flat carbonation. Very nice summerbeer. I will never forget the taste of this glorious brew.
