Yellowish orange colour, small white head. Aroma of nuts, cantillonish sourness, fruits and actually a bit yeasty too. Flavour is mainly the typical cantillonish, but also has a lot of "wineish" notes as well as fruits and nuts. Very wellbalanced, and the alcohol is not making it’s way so strongly. Still, a 0,75l bottle is quite hard to drink with a 7.4% beer...

A hazy golden liquid topped with a small creamy white lace. Acidic and woody Cantillon aroma along with spices, lemon-rind, honey and grapefruit. Acidic grapefruity and woody flavour, hints of white grapes, iron and lemon. Long acidic and rather vinous aftertaste of grapefruit and the Muscat Grapes. Another outstanding piece from Cantillon/Akkurat/Opitz.
