Got at the MN stater fair. Pours a cloudy amber with no head. Aroma is malty with hints of apples. Taste is of apples and some malts. Aftertaste dry and slightly sticky. Ok beer I guess.

All proceeds go to charity, who cares what it tastes like, shut up and buy it. Actually not bad though, average for sure, wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't for charity.

Pours a light copper with very little head--not sure why they call this an amber/irish ale. Aroma is weak with some caramel and grain. Taste isn't much better; mildly malty but almost like a plain lager. Not a beer I will be buying again.

One of my choices for Super Bowl Sunday- it was ok at best. Overall, i would Summit beers are decent tasting. This beer poured a clear light amber colour with a small white head. Soft noticeable peat malt and hops on the nose. Perhaps a little milk maybe too? Potatoes are suprisingly noticeable. Taste is pretty soft a little light in the finish perhaps.

A copper color with a white head. The aroma is caramel and sweet potatoes. The flavor has a veggie presence with some caramel and dark fruit. Overall an average beer. And according to my rating notes (not in my hand writing)....Cheri has big tits.

It pours a deep red color with very little head. Fairly bitter taste. Nothing too special.

Color is a tad lighter than a pale ale, with a slight reddish tinge. Pours with an eighth inch head that quickly dissipates. 4.7%, 32 bitterness, made with pale, Munich wheat, Caramunich and caramel malts. Though lacking distinction, its mild, pleasant flavor makes it a fine quaffing beer, and its tameness needn’t be held against it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it even though you won’t write home to daddy about it.
