A Wheat Wine-style ale with a grist bill that contains 45 percent pale malt, 5 percent Munich, 45 percent base wheat malt, and the remainder a blend of caramel, chocolate and flaked wheat malts. Four varieties of hops were used, including extensive dry-hopping. 'Triticus' means 'wheat' in Latin.
