Dark amber color. Small head. Aroma is caramel, floral hops and floral. A medium bodied ëaleí. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are citrusy, grapefruit and orange. Tons of centennial and cascades. This is a deceptively hoppy beer. Itís very hoppy, and yet it isnít all that bitter. Hides the 8.5% alcohol very well. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter

The deep amber body of this brew is topped by a medium thick head with a good amount of lacing. The aroma is sweet and grapefruity wtih a slight underlying pine note. Nice aroma. The flavor is sweet yet spicy and hoppy with some pine and a touch of fruit. Medium bodied, slightly dry and a little oily.
