Not one of the better DIPAs out there. A orangte-gold pour with a tight creamy tan coloured cap. Citrus, caramel, and pine dominate the aromatic senses. The flavour is a little unbalanced with the sweetness all but lost in this case.

Tasted at the April Northern California Beer Tasting. This Imperial IPA pours a medium orange gold color from a hand bottled 22oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet, with a whole lot of piney hops. A medium bodied Imperial IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet with some caramel. The hops are piney, grapefruity and citrusy. A big ol hop bomb of an double IPA. I needed to check to make sure it wasn’t from San Diego. Way overbalanced towards the hops. A medium to high bitterness IPA. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is bitter.

Pours with an orangish-gold body topped by a thin head with little lacing. The aroma is sweet with notes of tomato...it smells like minestroni. The flavor is slightly sweet yet bitter with a grassy, piney note. Full bodied, warming and surprisingly smooth.

GABF2004... Poured a golden color with a white head. Mildy bitter, citrus hop aroma. Taste was bitter and hoppy, lots of fruits (grapefruit, tangerine) in the taste as well.
