Dried herbs, sweet honey, fresh cut grass and a hint of peppermint in the aroma. Great color with a lasting 1" thick head, heavy lacing, and amazing carbonation. Zesty, bubbly, filling and slow sipping. Has some heat to it, but sips fairly nicely. Spicy flavor with lots of herbs (basil, rosemary, mint) coupled by plenty of doughy and biscuit malts. A noble hop push provides a hint of flavor but little bitterness as this beer is on the dry and sweet side. Big honey aspect, boozy and mind bending. One bottle at a time, and it’s still a tall order.
