Double fermented. After a short top fermentation, the beer is chilled and added a bottom fermenting yeast, that ferments the residual sugars in our cold cellers. This results in a less overwhelming top fermented character and the clarity of the beer is improved. Besides wheat malt, there is used Münchner, Chocolate, Smoked, and Caramel malts, and the refreshing hop notes stem from a Southern German aroma hop. The flavor has hints of tea, citrus, roasted malt, and caramel. The beer is best served in a balloon glass together with cold and powerful dishes.

"A hazy deep red beer with a huge tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel, yeast, nuts, and straw. The flavor is sweet malty with some notes of burnt caramel, as well as yeast, and herbs, leading to a dry and bitter finish."
