Our version of a classic West Coast IPA. This copper colored pale ale is highly hopped with Chinook and Cascade hops which provide a piney, citrusy flavor and aroma.

"Beer was rusty orange, with smallish head and a bit of lacing. The aroma and flavor was predominantly grapefruit hops. A bit more hoppy than the regular IPA, but not something I’d trump up as "West Coast" style...the hops weren’t all that aggressive. It was tasty, but reminded me more of a standard pale ale than something really bold."
