"This is one for the annals of brewing.........a really bad beer at a really cheap price............that nobody likes. I've seen 'pale' lagers that were exponentially darker than this one. They were also exponentially more tasteful.....at a similar cost. God was this beer bad!"

"Sorry to say, this is not the worst beer I have had either. Dammit Jay, what did you get us a GOOD bottle? lol. Nah, it had its corn and its lime and your basic swill notes. nice and watery thin. i expected to be offended and frankly, i have had much much worse. "

"08.01.05 341ml green plastic bottle with cool screw cap and shrink wrap plastic label. Awesome. The pour is an oddly glowing dark straw with some sort of flourescent olive tint to it. Head is initially fizzy and white and tall and then, poof, it’s gone. What remains is a flat looking, still, greening gold glass of shimmering Tiverton goodness. The nose is corn, pepper, lemon/lime. Flat and watery palate thankfully quickly transmits and dismisses the unpleasantness of canned corn drenched in tonic water flavor which becomes only more heinous as the temperature rises. I actually put it back into the fridge, hoping to cool it back to drinkable form. I really want to finish this stuff. Well, it’s didn’t kill me, and I’ve tasted worse, but its certainly got its low points. Kudos, Steelback!"

"The almighty king of bad beers as its told, but I dont agree. A cloudy yellow appearance with almost no head. Not much flavor to speak of except some corn notes and a hint of lime. Better than tequiza! Dont get me wrong it sucks but not as bad as people would make you believe. I think my bottle has gone good.

"All I can say is it's too bad I can't go lower than "1" on this rating site.
Looks, tastes and smells strangely like Steelback silver with some lemon oil and water added.
Well this brewery finally has one claim to fame ....this concoction is, without doubt ,THE worst thing in a bottle calling itself beer In Canada....it beats out Labatt Wildcat (if that is possible) for the most watery yet harsh green brew...made even more annoying by the presence of a pervasive lime/lemon flavor oil added at the carbonation stage....this smells like Fresca and bites like a syphilitic Brazilian whore...Steelback sliver is plain and harsh but this surpasses it ....how can something so watery be so harsh in the finish...and with annoying soda pop tastes thrown in for extra agony. I shudder at the though of tasting this any warmer than near O deg.C Agggghhh.....brrrrr...stay away stay far away. People who would regularly buy this and consume it are NOT Canadian...or human for that matter...they’re some kind of alien mutant that can consume industrial waste with verve....don’t make eye contact with them and back away slowly.
