An India Pale Ale (even though they just call it a "Pale Ale") that is characterized by its high hop bitterness and aroma. This beer is higher in alcohol than other house beers in order to achieve balance with the body and bitterness.

"This American Pale Ale pours a light gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel malts and citrus and floral hops. A medium bodied Pale Ale. The malts are caramel and sweet. The hops are citrusy and grapefruity. Nice balance. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter."
