"Pours out in a clear dark brown colour with a fluffy lasting tan-coloured foam. Sweet malty notes of cocoa and roasted malts in the aroma with sourich undertones of iron. Light-bodied with notes of roasted malts, cocoa-powder, butter and an acidic note that really shouldn’t be there. Roasty and malty finish of cocoa, roasted malts, salt and anise-seeds."

"Cask@GBBF2007. Dark amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is caramel, wood and some slight nectary hints. Flavour is wooden, hoppy as well as malty. Also some mild hints of caramel. Nicely balanced. "
