Peconic County Reserve Ale is the result of a marriage of grape and grain. Local Chardonnay grapes from Osprey's Dominion Vineyards combine with barley malt, wheat and hops to create this unique ale. Barrel aging and refermentation in the bottle add an additional depth of character to this one-of-a-kind brew.

"Cloudy gold pour that is almost hefe like in appearance. There is a slight sourness to it that seems like a cross between Thompson grape skins and green apples. A very interesting and delicious brew."
