"Poured a dark golden color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel and toffee malts, light dried fruits, and alcohol. Taste of caramel malts, wood, nuts, sweet caramel and honey. Alcohol was present, but balanced well, a really nice eisbock"

"Pours with a bright orange-amber body topped by a thin head with little lacing. Flowery, slightly sweeet yet sour and bitter aroma with some odd notes. The flavor is sweet and caramelly with notes of malt and some candy sugar. Full bodied, smooth and warming. "
