A medium bodied amber ale. Well balanced with a slight fruity note. Inspired by the famous "Red" ales of Ireland.

"I'm drinking this Irish-style Cherokee Red ale from Tennessee (must be bluesandbarbq's pedigree beer; thanks, bro) as Farve and the Jets are handing the Titans their first loss of the season. Pours from the bottle a hazy copper color with a transient whisp of an off-white head. The nose is met by a caramel apple aroma and the moutfeel is crisp and medium-bodied. Light caramel malt flavors are joined by faint hops that provide more fruitiness than bitterness. The initially crisp fruity finish slowly mellows."

"Pours a semi-clear brownish amber colour with no head. Prevalent caramel flavors, brown sugar, and nutty flava. Slightly bready and off dry roasted malt character. Finishes pretty smooth."

"Thanks to Bluesandbarbq for this tasty treat in our last beer trade. This beer poured a slightly cloudy copper color and carried with it a mild aroma. It showed some roasted malt in the flavor. Very similar to NewCastle, but much better."

"A red ale that I have actually enjoyed several times, it has a great red-amber color and a nice frothy head. Good carbonation. Aromas of very slightly toasted malts, slight sweetness, and hops. Great smooth taste - a balance of malts and hops with a nice finish. "

"Had this at the Smokey Mtn. Brewery. Clear amber/red with slight alcohol presence. Woodsy, light fruit, and malty. Underrated IMO, but maybe it was just my glass..."
