Another Tim Ohst creation, this is an amber colored lager brewed with a unique blend of German Pils and Munich malts, then generously hopped with five different varieties of German hops (Hallertau, Saaz, Tettnang, German Northern Brewer & Tradition). Its spicy hoppiness will help take the chill out of a cold winter night and a lagering period of 12 weeks gives this beer an incredibly smooth texture and makes a great session beer. 11.7OG 52IBUs 4.8% ABV

"Poured a deep golden color with a large, off white head, that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of flowery hops, citrus (lemon), and a light maltiness. Taste was bitter hops, with some lemon, also some grassy hoppiness. Finished rather bready (dough), this was a decent pils."
