This a new beer at Sly Fox (it did appear once at the long-gone, unlamented New Road Brewhouse. It is a traditional Bock beer brewed with five German malts and Northern Brewer hops.

"Sly Fox Slacker Bock was delicious. It poured a nice brown body with red hues. The head was light brown and slightly larger than expected but unforunately it was the last beer off the tap. The taste was sweet with tones of caramel and dark fruit. Very enjoyable. "

"Poured an amber color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of butter, toast, and bready dough. Taste of toasted bread, dark berries, caramel malts, and a dry, alcoholic, hoppy finish."
