First brewed as a one-off by Brian O'Reilly roughly three years ago, the easy drinking session brew returns by popular demand (really). Sly Fox Pub Ale is brewed with British Pale malt and a very small amount of wheat. It is lightly hopped with a combination of continental hops.

"Poured a golden color with a large, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of itrus fruits, toffee malts, cereal, and light floral hops. Taste was crispy, with light citrus, grains, some toffee, and light, dry, bitterness. Extremely quaffable."
