An IPA Project 2006 beer. Palisades walk the line between bittering and aroma with alpha acids just under 10%. They provide a soft, clean finish with characteristics similar to Willamette.

"Poured an amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, citrus fruits, white pepper and floral hops. Taste of resin, some light tobacco, citrus fruits, more tropical fruits, and a lightly sweet, caramel / toffee malt background."
