Slottskällans Pilsner has an elegant, dry maltiness and a light body, accompanied by aromatic hops. The aroma is fresh and slightly flowery. The traditional German pilsener character comes from pilsner malts, Hersbrucker and Saaz hops, and a long, cold lagering.

"Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Grassy, fresh malty and hoppy nose. Crispy carbonation in combination with hops, malts and grassyness makes this a wellbalanced brew. Also refreshing. Totally awesome pilsener in my opinion. "

"hazy pale golden colour and a giant foamy white head; lemony, grassy hoppy nose; effervescent, meidu-bodied and with a tart bitterness; long dry and strongly hoppy finish where grassy and flowery notes show up - a very nice pils !"

"Pale golden Cotton-loke foam. Dry grassy aroma, notes of bread, nuts and hay. Pleasant hoppy flavour of grass, notes of bread and soap. Pretty crisp and dry finish of wet grass and minerals. The best bottom fermented beer I’ve sampled from Slottskällans for years."
